Job Description

Job Summary:

The Brand Specialist will be responsible for managing and promoting the brand identity across various retail channels, ensuring that brand messages resonate with consumers and align with company values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or retail management.
  • Strong understanding of brand development and marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for retail branding and customer experience.
  • Knowledge of current retail trends and consumer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:Collaborate with the Brand Manager to help develop and implement brand strategies that reflect the company's vision and resonate with the target market.

Market Research:Conduct regular market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to ensure that brand strategies are relevant and effective.

Campaign Management:Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of in-store and online promotional campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.

Brand Communication:Assist in brand messaging for various channels, including point of sale materials, email newsletters, social media, and the company website.

Collaboration:Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, and product development teams to ensure the brand's story is consistently communicated in every customer interaction.

Customer Engagement:Analyze customer feedback and engage with store personnel to understand how the brand is perceived and how to improve customer engagement with the brand.

Brand Performance:Track and report on the performance of brand-related campaigns, promotions, and initiatives, using insights to recommend improvements.

Vendor and Partner Relations:Assist in coordinating with external vendors, suppliers, and partners for promotional materials, events, and branding projects.
