Job Description

Brand Management

  • Develop and implement brand strategies for GoPrimes product and service brands
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all platforms and customer touchpoints
  • Control the overall brand messaging to influence a positive public perception.
  • Localize and adapt global branded content to fit regional market trends and cultural nuances .
  • Initiate efforts to promote brand growth, uplift sales, and increase market penetration.
  • Serve as the primary steward for the assigned brand(s) under GoPrime and its manufacturer partnered brands.

Campaign Development

  • Spearhead the creation of marketing campaigns and projects for brand-building and awareness, customer trust and satisfaction, sales promotion and lead generation, and related activities.
  • Collaborate with GoPrimes in-house agency of Digital, PR & Events, and Creatives teams for the efficient creation and effective utilization of branded materials and assets .
  • Oversee the on-ground execution of sales and marketing activities for both ATL and BTL efforts.

Coordination

  • Internal - Facilitate the day-to-day coordination among involved departments.
  • External - Act as the liaison between the Marketing Team and our partnered brands.

Market Research

  • Maintain up to date industry knowledge on Solar & Renewable Energy, Portable Power Stations, Batteries and Inverters, and other congruent markets to the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and Distribution & Retail sectors .
  • Conduct regular competitive scans to generate actionable insights on sales and marketing trends and the best practices of directly competing brands.

Skills And Qualifications

Aside from the Marketing core competencies required to fulfill the Duties and Responsibilities stated above, the Brand Specialist should also possess the following skills:

Brand Sense

  • The candidate should possess a keen sense for branding aspectsincluding targeting and positioning, pricing and promotions, visuals, messaging, storytelling, and execution stylesin order to effectively steer marketing efforts; this requires a strong grasp of marketing principles that drive business direction in an early adopter market.

Critical Eye

  • Sound judgement as the person-in-charge for overseeing the production and quality assurance of all branded assets, both digital and physical, before they get published or released.

Social Aptitude

  • Ability to collaborate with and manage the requirements of different parties; carrying oneself well and representing the company and its brand(s) as needed Lastly, the Brand Specialist is ideally:

Education

  • Graduate of a 4-year diploma course in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Communication Research, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
  • Extra-curricular projects and organizational affiliations pertinent to Marketing, Promotions, Production, and Branding is a plus.

Experience

  • Trained with 1-3 years of industry experience in Energy, Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics, Automotive, Technology, Electronics, Consumer Goods and Services, or any related field.
  • Proven record in a Brand Management and/or a Marketing Specialist role, or their equivalent positions within a company. A working background of Client-Agency dynamic is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database and calendar management. Familiarity with metrics and measurement tools, and any Customer Relations Management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Able to pass a skill test after the initial interview.
