Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Strategy & Model Development

Design scalable partnership models tailored to different industries (sports, entertainment,

media, lifestyle, event, etc.).

Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with company brand vision and growth

objectives.

Develop business cases, ROI projections, and risk assessments for partnership

opportunities.

2. Negotiation & Contracting

Lead negotiations with prospective partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and

compliance with regulatory standards.

Draft, review, and finalize partnership agreements in coordination with the Legal and

Compliance teams.

Secure optimal value for the brand in terms of visibility, exclusivity, and shared benefits.

3. Execution & Monitoring

Oversee end-to-end execution of partnership initiatives, from launch to performance

evaluation.

Monitor KPIs and deliverables to ensure that all contractual obligations are met by both

parties.

Conduct regular performance reviews, generate partnership reports, and recommend

optimization strategies.

4. Cross-Department Coordination

Collaborate closely with Branding, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Compliance

teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.

Align campaigns and activations with overall brand strategy, budget allocations, and

legal frameworks.

Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or brand marketing

(gaming, entertainment, or tech industry preferred).

Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven track record of structuring and closing strategic partnerships.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PAGCOR and related advertising/partnership

guidelines) is an advantage.
