The Brand Officer is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of brand strategies and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, sales performance, and customer engagement. This role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with the companys business goals and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand & Marketing Implementation: Assist in executing brand strategies and ensure consistency across marketing campaigns, in-store displays, and digital channels.
- Campaign & Promotion Coordination: Work with internal teams and external partners to manage and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Product & Inventory Support: Provide support with product life cycle activities, including launches, pricing, and inventory tracking, using market insights.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales data, collaborate with Sales teams, and generate reports to inform decision-making.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to track market trends, understand customer preferences, and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales and market data.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools.
- Creative thinking with a sharp attention to detail.
- Capable of multitasking and managing timelines efficiently.
