Job Description

The Brand Marketing Officer who will be supporting the execution of marketing plans across multiple lifestyle brands, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective campaign rollout. The role focuses on campaign coordination, retail promotions, brand communication alignment, and cross-functional support to drive brand awareness and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Coordination

Support the rollout of marketing campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and promotions.

Ensure activities follow global/regional brand guidelines.

Maintain updated marketing calendars across all brand with the advise from the Brand Marketing Manager.

Help plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns.

Ensure all marketing materials and messaging align with KIKO MILANO global brand guidelines.

Develop seasonal product launch plans, including key visuals, messaging, and channel rollout.

Supplier & Partner Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers on marketing materials, timelines, and quotations.

Work with mall partners and vendors on LEDs, events, and approvals.

Retail & In-Store Marketing

Support store openings, visual merchandising, and promotional programs.

Develop in-store marketing materials (posters, POSMs, testers, gift sets).

Collaborate with sales teams to execute retail campaigns.

Market Research & Analytics

Monitor beauty trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity, and category performance.

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations.

Track all campaign metrics and budget utilization.

Organize marketing files, contracts, and campaign documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

13 years of experience in brand or retail marketing; experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail is a plus

Strong project coordination and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Analytical mindset for tracking campaign performance and sales impact

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, etc.) is a plus

Ability to ensure brand alignment and consistency across all initiatives

Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams

Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
