Position: Brand Officer-Consumer and Retail Segments Marketing

Job Summary: Provides support in creative services, campaign execution, and operational tasks for assigned segments and products. This role focuses on executional excellence: artwork development, media setup across owned channels (EDM, website, in-app, SMS), vendor payment processing, and basic product reporting. The BA works closely with Brand Managers, Category & Segment Heads, Product Head and key internal partners to ensure seamless implementation and documentation of campaigns and processes.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Planning Develops and aligns creative strategies & action plans to deliver campaign brief requirements and overall multi-media support requirements of the team. Conducts monthly competitive scans across key competitors to inform campaigns.
- Brand Campaigns - Develops and adapts artworks, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, ASC compliance, and campaign objectives. Assists in rollout of campaigns across owned (website, app, EDM) and secondary (SMS) channels. Collaborates with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent execution and achievement of campaign objectives and relevant standards. Assume other ad hoc or mega-segment responsibilities as may be delegated to him by the CRSM Head.
- Brand Operations: Leads end-to-end payment processing, vendor onboarding documentation, and budget reconciliations under supervision. Consolidates MXG Product Analytics report.
