Job Description

Develop and implement integrated marketing and branding initiatives aligned with commercial objectives.
Coordinate the execution of annual marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
Ensure brand consistency across digital, retail, and customer-facing channels.
Translate strategic plans into actionable campaign briefs and marketing requirements.
Support initiatives that enhance customer engagement, brand awareness, and loyalty.
Monitor campaign performance and generate insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
Analyse consumer trends, market activity, and competitor movements to identify opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Brand Marketing Specialist should have:

A relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in brand management, marketing, campaign execution, or a related field.
Strong understanding of branding principles, customer engagement, and market insights.
Ability to interpret performance data and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
