Job Description
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and branding initiatives aligned with commercial objectives.
- Coordinate the execution of annual marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, retail, and customer-facing channels.
- Translate strategic plans into actionable campaign briefs and marketing requirements.
- Support initiatives that enhance customer engagement, brand awareness, and loyalty.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Analyse consumer trends, market activity, and competitor movements to identify opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project delivery.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Brand Marketing Specialist Should Have
- A relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, campaign execution, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, customer engagement, and market insights.
- Ability to interpret performance data and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
