Oversee the product category/portfolio through effective and efficient planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of
the department's functions such as Brand Management, Product Marketing and Development, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Promotions, Merchandising and Marketing Research.
Participates in yearly department strategic objectives and plans for the section/department.
Plans, monitors and manages the approved yearly section budget.
Designs and implements marketing programs to build, protect and grow market and mind share.
Gathers data and make analysis of branding survey, product sales, industry trends, target market, competition's pricing, positioning, and promo, government regulations.
Designs and conceptualizes strategic and tactical marketing plans for the assigned brand.
Keeps track of product's sales performance and boost sales with market driven marketing programs to ensure achievement of sales target.
Develops brand strategies and guidelines for the brands in the category.
Sets criteria and standards for selection of suppliers and recommends list of approved suppliers to Procurement.
Provides input to Supply Chain Planning for volume forecast based on awarded projects and promotions implemented.
