Job Description

  • Oversee the product category/portfolio through effective and efficient planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of
  • the department's functions such as Brand Management, Product Marketing and Development, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Promotions, Merchandising and Marketing Research.
  • Participates in yearly department strategic objectives and plans for the section/department.
  • Plans, monitors and manages the approved yearly section budget.
  • Designs and implements marketing programs to build, protect and grow market and mind share.
  • Gathers data and make analysis of branding survey, product sales, industry trends, target market, competition's pricing, positioning, and promo, government regulations.
  • Designs and conceptualizes strategic and tactical marketing plans for the assigned brand.
  • Keeps track of product's sales performance and boost sales with market driven marketing programs to ensure achievement of sales target.
  • Develops brand strategies and guidelines for the brands in the category.
  • Sets criteria and standards for selection of suppliers and recommends list of approved suppliers to Procurement.
  • Provides input to Supply Chain Planning for volume forecast based on awarded projects and promotions implemented.
