Job Description

Agent Image is seeking a strategic, highly organized, and brand-savvy Brand Marketing Director to lead the planning, execution, and refinement of marketing initiatives across three brands: Agent Image, Redux Labs, and Access.

This role is responsible for strengthening brand presence, improving consistency across channels, supporting demand generation, and driving marketing programs that align with company growth goals. While Agent Image will be the primary focus, this position will also oversee the marketing direction, campaign execution, and day-to-day brand management for Redux Labs and Access, ensuring each brand is positioned clearly and marketed effectively according to its audience and business objectives.

The ideal candidate is both a strong strategist and an excellent operatorsomeone who can manage multiple brands, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across creative, content, sales, partnerships, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of brand marketing strategy across Agent Image, Redux Labs, and Access

Ensure each brand maintains a clear identity, consistent messaging, and strong visual and verbal alignment across all marketing channels

Manage brand architecture and help differentiate the positioning of each company in the market

Oversee campaign planning and execution across digital, social, email, web, events, partnerships, and sales enablement initiatives

Build and maintain marketing calendars across all three brands, balancing priorities, deadlines, and resource allocation

Partner with leadership to translate business goals into targeted marketing initiatives that support awareness, lead generation, retention, and growth

Work closely with creative, content, Search Engine Optimization, web, and sales teams to develop on-brand, conversion-focused marketing assets and campaigns

Support product, sales, and partnership marketing with positioning, messaging, presentations, collateral, launch support, and promotional materials

Review and approve marketing materials to ensure quality, consistency, and strategic alignment

Analyze campaign and channel performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide reporting and insights to leadership

Help establish scalable processes for managing marketing requests, campaign production, approvals, and brand governance across multiple business lines

Mentor and help manage marketing contributors or offshore team members when applicable

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, campaign management, or related roles

3+ years in a leadership or senior management role

Experience managing multiple brands, business lines, or audiences under one marketing function

Strong understanding of brand strategy, messaging, campaign development, and digital marketing

Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple brands

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Experience collaborating with designers, writers, developers, sales stakeholders, and leadership teams

Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and make data-informed decisions

Highly detail-oriented with strong quality control standards

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in real estate, mortgage, SaaS, agency, or professional services marketing

Experience supporting U.S.-based brands or distributed teams

Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, webinar marketing, partnership marketing, email marketing, and social media planning

Experience with CRM platforms, project management systems, and reporting tools

Ability to shift between strategic planning and hands-on execution
