Role Overview:
Primary Function: We're looking for a Brand Manager (B2C) to develop, execute, and evaluate marketing activities for assigned brands. In this role, you will plan, execute, and evaluate marketing based on agreed strategies for multiple brands or the product segment. You will also manage the execution of marketing plans for the assigned product portfolio, including new products and SKU launches.
As a Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to make an impact through brand planning and execution. Your role will include the development of the brand plan and strategic plan for assigned consumer brands, defining brand direction, positioning, and growth strategies across relevant B2C segments. The position involves co-developing annual marketing programs with Sales and category teams derived from consumer category strategies, aligning activation with shopper behavior and retail opportunities.
