Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field.
- Preferably with at least 7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, brand planning, or product management within a consumer industry.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, brand development, and marketing strategy.
- Highly analytical and creative, with the ability to develop effective marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented with strong business acumen.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, beauty, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
Essential Job Functions:
- Drive the overall performance and growth of assigned brands through effective brand management and strategic planning.
- Develop and recommend advertising strategies, marketing programs, and tactical solutions aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and brand-building activities.
- Serve as the primary point of person for all brand-related initiatives and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Conduct consumer and market research as needed to strengthen brand positioning and support business growth.
- Ensure that all brand communications and marketing activities are consistent with the company's overall brand strategy and standards.
