Job Description

  • Overseeing the planning and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Development and execution of promotions with retail partners nationwide and Online promotions for market places
  • Analysis for sales revenue as well as competitor monitoring
  • Develop brand campaign and ad production.
  • Ensures a smooth coordination of information and memos across different departments both internal and external.
  • Brand activations such as influencer marketing, brand collaborations, sponsorship marketing, and celebrity endorsement.
  • Manage the seasonal product launches. Ensuring new products are also published and optimized timely on e-commerce platforms.
  • Identifying and analyzing consumer trends and collaborating with the marketing department to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business improvement ideas.
  • Propose products that is aligned with market trends.
  • Interpreting sales reports and providing guidance on how to improve figures and customer engagement.
  • Performs any other related tasks as instructed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
  • With at least 3 4 years of relevant work experience in a Supervisory position.
  • With a solid background in retail distribution operations, marketing, and product merchandising.
  • Creative and can conceptualize merchandising strategies, execute them to support the brand vision.
  • With Strong Merchandising, Marketing, Financial, and general business knowledge.
