Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with Personal Collection's B.E.S.T. (Benchmarked, Examined, Surpassed quality, Tested) product standards and #GreenLifeGreatLife vision.
  • Lead product lifecycle management, including new product development, improvements, and sustainability-driven initiatives.
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality execution.
  • Monitor brand performance, sales trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to guide strategic recommendations.
  • Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and value-driven investments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsR&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Creativeto ensure timely and effective project execution.
  • Maintain strong brand equity by ensuring consistent quality, messaging, and consumer experience across all touchpoints.

1. Managerial level

  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market research, and campaign metrics to drive actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets concurrently.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Proactive Ownership: Takes initiative to resolve brand-related issues and proactively seeks opportunities for brand growth.
