Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with Personal Collection's B.E.S.T. (Benchmarked, Examined, Surpassed quality, Tested) product standards and #GreenLifeGreatLife vision.
- Lead product lifecycle management, including new product development, improvements, and sustainability-driven initiatives.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality execution.
- Monitor brand performance, sales trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to guide strategic recommendations.
- Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and value-driven investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsR&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Creativeto ensure timely and effective project execution.
- Maintain strong brand equity by ensuring consistent quality, messaging, and consumer experience across all touchpoints.
