We are looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Manager to lead the design and execution of our Business Unit's innovation pipeline. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Lead the identification of emerging market opportunities, conceptualizing new product ideas through in-depth consumer insights and competitive analysis.
- Develop a forward-thinking innovation roadmap that aligns with long-term brand and category goals, ensuring a continuous stream of relevant product launches.
- Define and execute new product strategies that fill market gaps and meet evolving consumer needs, driving sustained growth.
Project Management & Execution:
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and high-quality completion of product development, test marketing, and product launch activities.
- Facilitate post-launch reviews with key stakeholders to assess performance, identify improvement areas, and take corrective actions when needed.
- Refine future product concepts and positioning strategies by integrating findings from benchmarking, pricing surveys, and consumer research.
Governance & Resource Management:
- Ensure adherence to the innovation gate process, managing documentation, risk mitigation, and performance tracking.
- Prepare and monitor the innovation budget, conducting analyses and recommending resource reallocations to maximize ROI on innovation investments.
- Lead innovation governance efforts across teams, sharing best practices, and equipping the business unit with the necessary tools to support innovation delivery.
Key Competencies:
- Innovation Process Management: Drive innovation from ideation through execution, ensuring ideas are strategically aligned with business goals.
- Business Case Development & Portfolio Fit: Analyze market data and consumer trends to ensure product portfolio relevance and differentiation.
- Test Market Protocols & Gate Process Governance: Lead product development while ensuring rigorous quality control and tracking processes.
Skills & Experience:
- 610 years of experience in brand management or innovation, with a strong track record in launching successful FMCG products.
- Proven experience with Marketing Data & Information Analysis, Market Potential Analysis, and Forecasting & Trending.
- Solid background in Brand Planning, Brand Communication Research, Brand Performance Analysis, and Marketing Communications.
