You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, market share, profitability, and overall performance of Getz Pharma's assigned brands through strategic marketing leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
You will also be the driving force behind the development and execution of impactful marketing plans and brand strategies leading the creation of promotional and communication materials, analyzing market trends and business opportunities, and strengthening brand presence across the healthcare landscape. You will champion product support initiatives while training and coaching the field force in product knowledge, customer engagement, and effective selling skills during cycle meetings

Key Requi
- rements:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a relate
- d field.Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Brand/Product Management, preferably within the ethical/pharmaceutical or FMCG i
- ndustry.Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product lifecycle management init
- iatives.Track record in defending and growing established
- brands.Strong exposure to handling promotional campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional commercial p
- rojects.Must be familiar with financial modeling and be able to understand, interpret and draw actions based on P&L, ROI and payback period calcu
