About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the marketing direction of our Fragrances portfolio. This role is responsible for driving brand growth by developing and executing impactful marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, in close collaboration with the Division Manager, foreign principals, and the Sales team.
The Brand Manager will take full ownership of assigned brandsensuring strong market presence, sustained sales performance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand management for assigned fragrance brands
- Develop and execute brand objectives, marketing strategies, and action plans
- Drive achievement of sales targets, market share, gross profit, and contribution margin
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager on sales strategies and promotional execution
- Align brand initiatives with global principals while adapting to local market needs
- Monitor brand performance, analyze market data, and translate insights into action
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints and campaigns
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
- Strong track record in building and executing effective brand and marketing strategies
- Ability to identify target audiences and deliver high-impact, results-oriented campaigns
- Solid understanding of the retail and distribution landscape
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Highly analytical with strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Passion for fragrances brands
Work Arrangement: Temporary Hybrid Setup (3x onsite, 2x WFH per week)
