Job Description

Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives and market share growth.
Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to create impactful marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand development.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activities and suggest improvements.
Manage budgets effectively to optimize marketing investments and maximize ROI.
Coordinate product launches and promotional activities to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support marketing initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Brand manager should have:

A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in marketing and brand management.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities for collaborating with stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management and the ability to meet deadlines.
Creative problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt to market dynamics.
