Del Monte Philippines, Inc. (DMPI) is an organization that operates the world's largest fully integrated pineapple operation that is proud of its long heritage of 100 years. DMPI markets over 100 processed food and beverage variants, including pineapple solids (sliced, tidbits, chunks), tropical mixes, pineapple juice and mixed drinks, tomato-based products (tomato sauce, catsup, spaghetti sauce), condiments, and pasta (spaghetti, macaroni).

Around 4,000 regular employees work with DMPI to bring high-quality products to customers around the globe. Over 90 percent of these employees work in Mindanao. Key teams managing sales, marketing, finance, logistics, product development and other support operations are based in Metro Manila. Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Leadership: Own the development, implementation, and evaluation of the annual business plan, turning consumer insights into actionable strategies that drive growth.
  • Business Impact: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, leading marketing programs that enhance brand equity and profitability.
  • Innovation: Be a relentless executor, ensuring that Del Monte stays at the forefront of food and beverage trends, while continuing to honor its heritage of quality and trust.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in FMCG brand management
  • Strong Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide teams towards a common vision, while driving brand growth and profitability.
  • Project Management Expertise: Skilled in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and seamless execution.
  • Effective Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working with diverse teams (R&D, sales, finance) to achieve business goals.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Capable of transforming data into actionable insights that fuel brand growth and market share.
