Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field within the retail or beauty
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of brand strategy, pr strategy, market research, and digital marketing trends
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functionalenvironment and manage multiple projects effectively
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and execute brand strategies that align with category goals and overall business objectives
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to refine positioning, promotional plans, and brand strategies
- Assist in the preparation of annual business plans, including revenue targets, budget allocation, and key initiatives
- Define and track brand performance KPIs to ensure brand growth and market competitiveness
Brand Marketing & Execution
- Lead the development and implementation of brand campaigns, digital activations, and in-store promotions to drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute brand initiatives effectively across multiple channels
- Ensure that all marketing materials and executions are in line with brand guidelines and standards
- Partner with retail teams to enhance merchandising, visibility, and consumer engagement strategies once brand starts retail
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Provide guidance and coordination across teams, ensuring that all brand-related initiatives are well-executed
- Management role to oversee junior team members or coordinator
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team
Commercial & Financial Management
- Assist Sales and Finance Team in monitoring brand P&L, ensuring sustainable profitability and cost efficiency
- Analyze sales performance and inventory levels, providing recommendations on pricing, promotions, and product assortment
- Support forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with product development team
Stakeholder & Principal Management
- Serve as the key point of contact for brand principals, ensuring alignment on brand positioning, strategy, and marketing plans
- Work closely with retailers and internal sales teams to optimize brand distribution and visibility
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure effective execution of brand activities
