Job Description

We're looking for a B2B Brand Manager who can turn market insights into winning strategies and drive commercial growth across institutional and industrial segments. This role blends brand building, business development, and cross-functional leadership ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment.

What You'll Do

You'll own the end-to-end management of assigned B2B brands—from strategy to execution to performance.

Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the development of annual brand plans and 3-year strategies
  • Align marketing programs with Sales and category teams to meet business goals
  • Execute campaigns, manage budgets, and strengthen brand positioning in B2B channels
  • Define clear value propositions tailored to business clients and trade partners

B2B Marketing & Innovation

  • Translate buyer insights and industry trends into actionable strategies
  • Identify new market opportunities, product applications, and growth areas
  • Drive SKU innovation, packaging improvements, and portfolio optimization
  • Develop pricing strategies aligned with volume and procurement dynamics
  • Create impactful marketing materials and sales tools for distributors and institutional clients

Commercial Performance

  • Deliver on volume, revenue, and profitability targets
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize marketing ROI
  • Partner with Sales and internal teams to strengthen account performance and execution
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and more

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of brand management experience within Food Ingredients (flour,fats and oil, etc.) or food solutions business
  • Strong background in business development, customer management, and project leadership
  • Solid skills in data analysis, forecasting, and market evaluation
  • Experience in brand planning, innovation, pricing, and portfolio management
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
