DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own end-to-end dashboards, trackers, and management reports to monitor pod performance, business KPIs, strategic progress and translating campaign, product, and customer data into actionable business insights.
Analyze customer journeys, drop-offs, feedback, usage patterns, and Voice-of-Customer (NPS, qualitative feedback) to inform strategy and execution.
Develop business cases, scorecards, and performance frameworks for key initiatives.
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders, managing executive decks and leadership reports with clear strategic narratives.
Oversee budget tracking, resource allocation, initiative health checks, and establish operational rhythms and governance standards across pods.
Align execution of major initiatives across GOMO and external partners.
Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and handovers to ensure smooth rollouts.
Facilitate regular syncs to unblock teams and accelerate delivery.
Support GTM and transformation programs through structured execution plans.
Drive coherence of brand and strategic themes across campaigns, roadmaps, and initiatives.
Ensure alignment between experimentation, growth priorities, and long-term direction.
Create insight loops that translate performance data into prioritized actions.
Lead roadmap recalibration based on performance and market signals.
Act as a brand custodian for GOMO's identity, tone, and visual standards.
Review key outputs, presentations, and materials for brand consistency.
Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to enforce governance frameworks.
Champion GOMO's personality and positioning across all touchpoints.
5-7 years of experience in brand operations, strategy, business operations, or performance management.
Strong background in business analytics, reporting systems, and governance models.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and executive-level reporting.
High proficiency in dashboarding and analytics tools (ex: Tableau, Looker Studio, Excel).
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Experience in telco, fintech, subscription, or digital-first platforms.
Background in growth experimentation, agile delivery, or product operations.
Exposure to brand governance or integrated marketing environments.
