The Core Mass Brand & Customer Experience Officer/Graphic Artist is responsible for leading the creative development and execution of high-quality visual materials across digital and print platforms. This role combines advanced design expertise, strategic thinking to ensure all outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives. This person will collaborate with Core Mass and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and produce compelling visual communications.
Responsibilities
Knowing the Client
- Identifies, understands and satisfies the needs/wants/profile of Core Mass Market clients
- Provides valuable insights in identifying the overall consumer experience across relevant touch points of the bank. Acts as the voice of the client
- Works closely with the frontlines to ensure that the client value proposition is delivered accordingly
- Strives to achieve a high level of client satisfaction (Top Box Rating) and net promoter score
- Acts on client feedback received in order to enhance programs and campaigns
Creative & Design Execution
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-impact visuals for campaigns, social media, presentations, events, websites, and print collateral.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in visual storytelling across all materials.
- Translate marketing strategies into engaging visual concepts
Brand Management
- Uphold and strengthen brand identity, ensuring all materials follow brand standards
- Recommend improvements to visual guidelines and creative processes
- Maintain a deep understanding of current design trends, techniques, and best practices
Project Management and Collaboration
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with vendors (printers, production houses, agencies) for execution of print and multimedia outputs
- Organize and maintain an efficient archive of design assets and templates
- Provide creative direction and feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative outputs with project goals
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute strong visual ideas to campaign development
Operational Performance
- Collaborates with various Unibank Groups/Department to ensure optimum level of performance, development and implementation of plans and various projects as well as monitoring of the result and effect to the business
- Manages resources, budget and personnel, by prioritizing initiatives and programs that deliver maximum results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate in Fine Arts/Multimedia Arts /Marketing/ Communications/Business Management
- At least 2-3 years in Work Experience in retail banking or any industry dealing with known customers ideally from industries such as financial products/services, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods preferably in the areas of traditional/digital marketing, sales, branch banking or business development
- Expert proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) or equivalent tools
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition
- Ability to produce materials optimized for both print and digital platforms
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills, articulate and flexible
- Exceptional ability to influence decisions and stakeholder management
