Mission Of The Function

The Brand and Production Specialist is responsible for brand governance and for conceptualizing and executing brand communication materials, events, and items that will position AboitizPower to deliver on its purpose and business objectives through a positive corporate brand and reputation with external stakeholders.

Brand Management

  • Manage and maintain brand and visual identity governance (the implementation and realization of AP brand guidelines) throughout the organization and its partners;
  • Ensures alignment of corporate identity across 1AP through branded merchandising, event participation, and sponsorships, and all other merchandising materials with the AboitizPower brand identity;
  • Ensures that branding/corporate identity is aligned with overall corporate directions;
  • Provides oversight on subsidiary and/or business unit branding, marketing strategies, and initiatives to ensure alignment with the 1AP brand. Communications Materials Development and Management
  • Lead and manage assigned campaigns, often requiring vendor (agency) management, from conceptualization to execution through measurement and optimization;
  • Curate, manage, and update the image and video bank as aligned with the brand's approved imagery;
  • Develop ad hoc brand materials using available applications (Google Workspace and Canva);
  • Support executive communications in the development and production of executive communications materials;
  • Serve as the internal point person for brand requests and consultations. Production and Events Management
  • Manages the end-to-end delivery of company-branded merchandise, multimedia assets, and corporate events through a combination of direct execution and strategic oversight of external agencies; ensures all production outcomesincluding budgeting, vendor selection, and on-site coordinationalign with project goals and brand standards.
  • Provides technical expertise and guidance to CSUs and BUs in evaluating and implementing events Vendor Management
  • Manage vendors and their respective contracts and evaluate performance to ensure comprehensive service delivery at optimum cost

Technical Competencies

  • Professional:

Minimum of three years of professional experience in marketing communications and/or advertising, specifically in roles requiring end-to-end project management of brand campaigns consisting of multi-channel production and executions.

Experience in brand governance

Ample understanding of brand and visual identity governance

With extensive experience in project management, campaign management, and business partnering (a portfolio of project outcomes and direct vendor management experience is required; if coming from the agency side, clientele experience)
