Job Description

We are seeking a highly strategic, commercially driven, and creatively sophisticated marketing leader to oversee brand, growth, and customer acquisition across the Aivee Group's portfolio of premium aesthetics, wellness, and lifestyle brands.

The role is responsible for transforming founder-led marketing into a scalable, world-class growth engine while preserving and elevating the luxury positioning of each brand under the group. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with a refined creative sensibility, ensuring that all marketing initiatives drive both brand equity and measurable business growth.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Own and refine brand positioning across all business units

• Ensure consistency and elevation of premium/luxury brand identity across channels

• Lead naming, branding, and go-to-market strategy for new launches/concepts

• Develop annual integrated brand and campaign calendars

Growth & Commercial Performance

• Drive lead generation, acquisition, and conversion across digital and offline channels

• Optimize marketing ROI, CAC, retention, and LTV

• Partner with clinic/operations teams to support branch-level demand generation

• Build CRM, loyalty, and retention marketing strategies

Campaign & Content Leadership

• Oversee social media, content, influencer/KOL, PR, and paid media strategy

• Translate founder vision into scalable campaigns and launches

• Ensure all campaigns meet premium/luxury aesthetic and strategic standards

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead internal marketing, creatives, social, and external agencies/vendors

• Build KPI dashboards and performance accountability systems

• Establish strong execution cadence and weekly marketing operating rhythm

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or growth leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing premium or luxury consumer-facing brands, ideally within beauty, aesthetics, wellness, luxury hospitality, fashion, or other premium lifestyle industries

Competencies

  • Strong instinct for luxury and premium brand positioning
  • Commercially astute, with a strong focus on analytics and ROI-driven decision-making
  • Deep understanding of digital, social, and performance marketing channels
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with sound judgment in campaign development and execution
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, guide, and scale high-performing teams
