Job Description
The role is responsible for driving overall brand direction, marketing strategy, and execution in close coordination with sales operations. It oversees brand positioning, client relationship management, and alignment of marketing initiatives with sales enablement efforts to strengthen market visibility, enhance customer engagement, and support revenue growth.
This position also leads the Marketing and CRM teams, ensuring clear strategic direction, consistent execution, and strong collaboration across sales channels and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership & Strategic Direction
- Safeguard brand identity by ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints
- Develop marketing plans that support overall business objectives and long-term growth
- Review brand performance regularly, using market data and competitive insights to refine strategies
Marketing Implementation Across Channels
- Lead the execution of integrated campaigns across digital platforms, retail stores, CRM programs, and strategic partnerships
- Ensure smooth go-to-market rollouts for new products and initiatives
- Maintain a balance between brand awareness efforts and revenue-driven campaigns
CRM & Customer Experience
- Oversee customer lifecycle strategies, from acquisition to retention and loyalty programs
- Utilize CRM data to strengthen customer engagement and improve sales impact
- Track CRM results and identify opportunities to enhance performance
Sales Support & Capability Alignment
- Align sales training initiatives with brand direction and product priorities
- Ensure learning materials equip sales teams with the right knowledge and tools
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements when needed
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination
- Provide direction and mentorship to Marketing and CRM team members
- Manage relationships with agencies, partners, and brand stakeholders
- Work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure alignment of initiatives
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Oversee marketing budgets and measure ROI against key performance indicators
- Prepare and present performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Experience
- 1215 years of marketing experience
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience managing large teams
- Strong background in multi-channel marketing (at least three sales channels)
- Experience handling CRM or customer engagement functions
- Exposure to premium or aspirational brands is an advantage
