Qualifications
- College graduate or at least 2 years in college.
- With a sales or retail sales background.
- Confident and charismatic personality.
- Average English communication skills
- Work experience in customer service is required.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance, and assist with the discovery of electronic cigarettes.
- Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products about the e-cigarette product and conduct guided trials.
- Perform seamless purchase transactions, including customization, database registration, and after-sales services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by executing product diagnosis, handling returns, and processing replacements in line with the company's consumer-centric principles.
