Location:JTI Bacoor Branch

Reporting to:Territory Development Leader

What you will do

  • Drive direct sales operations for JTI to meet area volume and distribution goals.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and develop customer base in assigned territory.
  • Collaborate closely with Territory Development Leader and ASM office to manage trade relationships and implement strategic plans.
  • Work with Territory Development Leader, Field Marketing Executive, and Territory Executive Representative to expand consumer base.
  • Ensure achievement of area target outlet coverage, SKU offtake, numeric and weighted distribution, call efficiency, outlet drop size, OOS control, and effective merchandising.
  • Serve as part of an agile team, mitigating operational disruptions by temporarily and promptly assuming vacant frontline field sales roles when required.

Who we are looking for

  • Preferably college graduate or vocational graduate. High School graduate are welcome to apply!
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales and driving experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Passionate about achieving both individual and team goals.
  • Demonstrates a strong desire and ability to learn.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and open to change.
  • Drivers license (B2 or higher). We have a program to support qualified women, who do not hold a drivers license
