About The Role

The Branch Relationship Officer is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of high-value Existing-to-Bank clients. Primarily stationed at a designated branch, the role oversees selected Business Banking and Commercial Banking accounts within the branch, while also extending support to accounts from other branches as needed. While not directly responsible for new client acquisition, the position focuses on strengthening existing client relationships, conducting portfolio reviews, and supporting initiatives to grow wallet share and deepen engagement.

How you'll contribute

Manage day-to-day servicing of assigned client portfolio, ensuring timely handling of inquiries, requests, and transactions

Build rapport with corporate clients to strengthen relationships, deepen engagement, and ensure consistent service delivery

Support Business Managers in developing and executing account strategies to drive portfolio growth

Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities from existing accounts in the assigned portfolio and recommend suitable product solutions

Deliver tailored-fit financial planning and advisory solutions aligned with client goals and risk appetite

What we're looking for

Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or any related field (Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Marketing)

Preferably with 2 - 4 years of experience in branch/business banking, corporate servicing, or financial advisory roles

Proficient in conducting complex financial planning and tailored advisory for business clients

Strong client servicing skills with ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Solid understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and risk management

Analytical and detail-oriented, capable of preparing financial analyses and reports

Experience as a New Accounts Officer, Sales Officer, or Relationship Manager will be an advantage
