As the Branch Operations Head for the Kidapawan Branch of City Savings Bank, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail banking services. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of branch operations and leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Kidapawan branch, including teller, customer service, and back-office functions
- Manage and supervise branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze branch performance metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues that arise
- Collaborate with the regional management team to coordinate branch activities and contribute to the overall success of the organization
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of successful branch operations management, including staff supervision, customer service, and process improvement
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, policies, and procedures, with the ability to ensure compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and lead a team
