This is a full-time, on-site position based in Davao for the role of a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing overall branch operations and ensuring the effective delivery of banking services while meeting customer needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and coaching branch staff, achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing resources, developing strategies to increase branch performance, and fostering excellent relationships with customers and the community.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in sales strategies, business growth planning, and customer relationship management
• Experience in operations management, compliance oversight, and risk assessment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the banking or financial services industry
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer needs in the financial sector
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and develop community partnerships
