Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pampanga for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales performance. Responsibilities include team management, inventory control, budgeting, financial performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The manager will also strategize and implement marketing initiatives to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Sales and marketing expertise, including experience in customer service, business development, and implementing marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and operational cost management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail or the automotive industry, is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and remain adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
