We are seeking a dedicated Operating Technical Staff member for a full-time, on-site role based in Angeles. This role involves providing technical support for Pilates equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely maintenance and setup for clients. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with equipment concerns, performing technical evaluations and repairs, and maintaining high service standards to support the needs of the Pilates community. Strong communication with clients and team members is a critical aspect of this role.

• Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment-related issues efficiently.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with clients and address their needs effectively.
• Analytical skills for identifying technical problems and proposing practical solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Prior experience in technical support or a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of fitness equipment or mechanical systems is an advantage.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
