Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Branch Manager is in charge of overseeing and coordinating all operations of the branch. His / Her responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service and growing the site's revenue.
- Establish goals and objectives for the branch, then measuring performance against those goals
- Ensure that the branch has adequate staff, equipment, facilities, and other resources to accomplish its goals
- Ensure profitability and sustainability of his / her designated branch
- Conduct market research studies to identify potential new customers or new uses for existing products or services
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects to ensure that they are on schedule and within budget
- Monitor and control the branch's expenses to make sure that there is smooth cash flow
- Maintain harmonious relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure steady supply of materials at reasonable prices
- Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure that products or services meet customer needs and satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas where additional research or development is needed to maintain competitiveness
- Communicate information about new products or services to customers through direct mailings, advertisements, and other marketing materials
- Regularly provide operation updates to the President and stake holders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or other related course
- 1-2-year minimum relevant experience
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Driving experience and maintaining a vehicle is an advantage. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
- Ability to manage the daily branch operations
- Ability to train and manage the team
- Ability to sell and can deliver excellent customer service
- Can analyze workflow and procedures
- Ability to negotiate & understand complex features
