We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations and management of our luxury spa services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry, with proven leadership skills and experience in sales, customer service, and operations.
This position requires a hands-on manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, especially in a luxury service environment.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Certification or diploma in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or spa management is a plus
35 years of experience in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry
Proven managerial experience (at least 2 years in a leadership role)
Experience in sales, customer service, and operations management
Background in handling high-end clients or luxury services
Willing to be trained in San Juan and assigned to Zamboanga
