Qualifications And Standards
College degree preferred in business, finance, accounting or a related field
With basic accounting knowledge
With 2 years experience in Restaurant management
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Strong communication, problem solving and decision making skills to effectively resolve customer and employee issues
Results driven and customer focused
Familiarity with industrys rules and regulations
Ability to use the Internet, Outlook, word processing and spreadsheet software and position specific software required
Duties And Responsibilities
Create a culture of training and development
Lead by example as a proactive team player
Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the banks objectives
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
Maintain, manage and monitor all customer related operational issues
Facilitate regular team meetings focused on sales, service and product training
Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customers experience
