Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages and oversees the branch and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.
  • Interviews prospective employees for the department and recommends hiring
  • Plans, creates and implements programs/processes for branch employees and clients and actively participates in them.
  • Maintains business partnership between the company and its business partners such as Loan Consultants and other organizations.
  • Implements the business plans and programs designed by the Marketing Group.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • With work-related experience in real estate marketing.
  • At least 4 years of experience in branch operations, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong marketing skills and product/industry knowledge
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Skilled in handling customer complaints and conflict resolution
  • Persuasive, goal-oriented, innovative, adaptable, and analytical
