Key Responsibilities:
- Manages and oversees the branch and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.
- Interviews prospective employees for the department and recommends hiring
- Plans, creates and implements programs/processes for branch employees and clients and actively participates in them.
- Maintains business partnership between the company and its business partners such as Loan Consultants and other organizations.
- Implements the business plans and programs designed by the Marketing Group.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- With work-related experience in real estate marketing.
- At least 4 years of experience in branch operations, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong marketing skills and product/industry knowledge
- Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Skilled in handling customer complaints and conflict resolution
- Persuasive, goal-oriented, innovative, adaptable, and analytical
