Graduate of any Bachelor's degree, can be Undergraduate or finished Senior High School with at least 5 years of working in BPO/Call Center - customer service/sales/travel is required.
2 years experience as Supervisor/Team Lead Role in a BPO setup is a must with coaching, training, and motivating employees as required. Strong leadership and people skills, as well as performance management know-how to consistently meet KPIs and tasks.
Candidate must have excellent spoken & written English communications skills, and working knowledge of Excel and database reporting tools as needed in the job.
Amenable to work onsite in Alabang, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule within 24/7 work hours.
