We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent through various sourcing channels to meet business hiring needs.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or other related field,
- Excellent communication skills and proficient on different MS Offices and experience using recruitment tools
- Flexible to shifting schedules and willing to work long hours and/or during holidays
- Excellent in using various mediums to fill the manpower requirements with different skill set and ability to articulate and negotiate job offers with the candidates.
- Must be amenable to work on-site either Alabang, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Iloilo, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Utilize market insights to improve sourcing strategies.
