Bookkeeper!
This position is accurately recording a business daily financial transactions and maintaining its financial ledgers and records, ensuring clearer financial insights.
The Main Responsibilities Of a BOOKKEEPER Include
- Preparation and submission of Monthly Financial Statements.
- Updating and organizing financial records.
- Monthly reconciliation of book of accounts.
- Checking and review monthly close process by ensuring accuracy and consistency across transaction descriptions.
- Posting Journal entries as necessary.
- Coordinating with Accounting Department on the reconciliation of accounts.
To be successful in this role you must be
- A college graduate of BS Accountancy or Accounting related course.
- Exposed in bookeeping for 1 to 3 years, if not CPA. However, the experience requirement is waived for Certified Public Accountants (CPAs).
- Excellent in communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in use of Peachtree Software or any Accounting software.
- Excellent in being goal-oriented.
Working pattern and location:
- Join Date: January 2026
- Employment Type: Full-time Employee
- Work Location: On-site
- Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Workdays: Monday - Friday
- Location: 728 A. Bonifacio Ave., Balintawak, Quezon City, Philippines.
