Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related course
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
Key Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Maintain and update general ledger entries
Prepare basic financial reports (e.g., income statements, expense reports)
Ensure all records are complete and compliant with company policies
Assist in audit preparation and documentation
