Key duties

  • Process supplier invoices and manage Accounts Payable workflows
  • Verify invoice details including supplier information, tax treatment, amounts, and purchase order matching
  • Enter invoices and transactions into Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Allocate costs to the correct general ledger accounts and cost centres
  • Maintain supplier records and update supplier details where required
  • Support Accounts Receivable activities, including invoice administration and debtor follow-ups
  • Assist with payroll input preparation, including timesheets and adjustments
  • Support payroll reconciliation and payroll summary preparation
  • Maintain organised digital financial records and documentation
  • Assist with month-end processes, reporting preparation, and audit support
  • Follow finance procedures and internal financial controls
  • Identify and report data discrepancies or system issues

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related roles in Australian-based company
  • Strong knowledge and proven experience in using accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with Xero and MYOB is also highly regarded
  • Understanding of Australian financial regulations, awards, and tax compliance
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks effectively
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools
  • Ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies efficiently

This role is subject to a number of skills and possible online practical tests.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office in Sto. Domingo, Angeles City. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
