About the Role

We are a growingdigital dental laboratorylooking for a reliable and detail-orientedBookkeeperto take ownership of our day-to-day accounting and support basic administrative functions. This role worksdirectly with the leadership teamand plays a key part in keeping the business financially organized and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance (Primary):

  • Maintain accuratebooks of accounts(AR, AP, cash flow, bank reconciliations)
  • Tracksales, collections, and supplier payments
  • Preparemonthly financial summaries and reportsfor management
  • Assist withpayroll computationand government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Coordinate with external accountant for compliance and filings

Admin & Reporting (Secondary):

  • Maintain organized financial and admin records
  • Support basic office administration and documentation
  • Provide timely financial updates and insights to leadership
