About the RoleWe are a growingdigital dental laboratorylooking for a reliable and detail-orientedBookkeeperto take ownership of our day-to-day accounting and support basic administrative functions. This role worksdirectly with the leadership teamand plays a key part in keeping the business financially organized and scalable.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance (Primary):
- Maintain accuratebooks of accounts(AR, AP, cash flow, bank reconciliations)
- Tracksales, collections, and supplier payments
- Preparemonthly financial summaries and reportsfor management
- Assist withpayroll computationand government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
- Coordinate with external accountant for compliance and filings
Admin & Reporting (Secondary):
- Maintain organized financial and admin records
- Support basic office administration and documentation
- Provide timely financial updates and insights to leadership
