- Record daily financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Maintain accurate ledgers and journals, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
- Monitor company cash flow and reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups on collections and payment processing
- Manage and process cash disbursements in accordance with company policies and approved requests
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections for management review
- Track inventory movement and cost of goods sold (COGS) in coordination with the sales and warehouse teams
- Assist with BIR tax compliance, including VAT filings, expanded withholding tax, and other government reporting requirements
- Ensure proper filing of receipts, invoices, and financial records
- Liaise with external auditors and accountants when needed

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of finance, bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a retail or inventory-based business
- Experience & familiarity with government as well as BIR tax compliances
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of Philippine taxation and payroll regulations
- Trustworthy, organized, and able to work independently
- Experience in inventory or retail accounting is an advantage
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
