CreatorHive is on a mission to help thousands of content creators make a full-time income through UGC and TikTok Shop. We provide training, coaching, and community and now we're looking for a sharp, reliable Bookkeeper to help keep our finances clean and founder-ready.This is a part-time remote role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage businesses and wants to work closely with founders building something meaningful.

Role Overview:

As our Bookkeeper, you'll be responsible for managing CreatorHive's financial hygiene week-to-week. Your job is to make sure the numbers are accurate, categorized properly, and clearly reported back to the team.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Weekly Bookkeeping

• Track and categorize all company transactions (Stripe, Wise, PayPal, credit cards, etc.)
• Keep financial records clean, up-to-date, and categorized by business unit (CreatorHive, HeySocial, Talora, etc.)
• Maintain QuickBooks or spreadsheet-based P&Ls and balance sheets

Financial Reporting

• Create weekly summaries with updated P&L and Balance Sheet
• Report spending across major categories (ads, payroll, tools, etc.)
• Highlight key trends, unexpected spikes, or miscategorized expenses

Cost Optimization

• Flag unnecessary expenses, duplicate tools, or unused subscriptions
• Suggest improvements for cash flow management and efficiency

Invoicing & Admin

• Generate and track outgoing invoices
• Track accounts receivable and notify founders of any unpaid invoices
• Collaborate with founders to ensure timely financial reporting for taxes or investor updates

Ideal Candidate Traits: 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (bonus if in online or service-based businesses)

• Strong with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools
• Proficient with Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, categorization)
• Detail-oriented and reliable you spot a $10 error from a mile away
• Able to take initiative and make process improvements
• Strong communication skills clear, proactive, and consistent
• Bonus: Experience working with early-stage startups or coaching/info-product businesses
