We are seeking an experienced
Construction Bookkeeper with strong
accounts receivable and collections experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in
QuickBooks, including QuickBooks Payroll and QuickBooks Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for construction projects using QuickBooks.
- Handle accounts receivable and actively collect outstanding debts owed to the company.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Process payroll through QuickBooks Payroll.
- Manage employee time tracking using QuickBooks Time.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing
Requirements
- Proven bookkeeping experience in the construction industry (required).
- Strong background in accounts receivable and collections.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, and QuickBooks Time.
- Knowledge of job costing, progress billing, and retainage is a plus.
