Job Description

Accurately entering data from invoices, receipts, and bank statements into accounting software.
Maintaining the general ledger.
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconciling bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
Identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Generating financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
Providing financial data to accountants and management.
Organizing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements.
Assisting in the preparation of tax documents.
Staying up to date on tax laws.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to identify and correct errors.
At least 2 years experience in Bookkeeping and reconciliation
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
BSBA- Major in Accounting
